FREQUENTLY AXED QUESTIONS

We are a recreational axe throwing facility for groups of all sizes. We are BYOB friendly and allow throwers to bring their own food. Additionally, we are the only facility in Connecticut sanctioned by the World Axe Throwing League and offer competitive league play.
Axe throwing is nearly a century old sport in which players throw axes at wooden targets. Points are scored by hitting marked rings from specific distances. Much like archery, points increase towards the center of the board. Players that achieve the highest score or most accurate throwing prove victorious!
Yes. Throwers must be at least 10 years old and accompanied by a parent or guardian if under the age of 18.

Beer and wine sales are provided by Mobile Pub Events.
Absolutely! We encourage you to bring whatever you’d like! There are also a number of local restaurants that offer pickup and delivery.
Dress for comfort, avoid baggy clothing and loose jewelry.

Guests are welcome any time! We do, however, require them to sign a waiver in order to enter the throwing area.
A Single Lane has one target. These are ideal for couples and small groups of 1-4 people. We have two separate Single Lanes available. A Full Lane has two targets per lane. These are ideal for larger groups of 4-12 people. We have six separate Full Lanes available.
Our facility offers private room accommodations for groups of 24-30 people. We are able to partition two of our Full Lanes into a private throwing area upon request. Please call to book your reservation.
Our Mobile Throwing Unit is great alternative for those who want the experience while hosting an event at their own location. Click here for information on booking today!
No, personal axes are not allowed during recreational sessions. League members may bring their personal axes on designated league nights.

Yes, off hour parties are by reservation only. Off hours parties are $50 per person plus tax for a 2 hour session. It is a minimum 8 person reservation.
